Privacy Choices and Requests

What you can ask for, how to ask, and what happens next.

Requests you can make

  • Access — a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — fix information that is inaccurate.
  • Deletion — delete information, subject to retention obligations and legal holds.
  • Portability — receive applicable information in a portable format.
  • Opt out of contact — stop marketing calls, texts, and emails from us.
  • Limit use of sensitive information — where a law that applies to you provides that right.
  • Appeal — ask us to reconsider a denied request.
  • Authorized agent — have someone submit a request for you.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale opt-out to exercise. See our cookie disclosures for what is actually loaded.

How to submit a request

Email management@strivepointsolutions.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”, or write to Strivepoint Solutions LLC, 9790 W. Dixie Hwy Suite 1101, Miami, FL 33180, United States. Tell us what you are asking for, the email address or telephone number involved, and — if you know it — the business that contacted you.

Who your request goes to

For information StrivePoint holds as the controlling business — website inquiries, account, authentication, billing, support, and security records — we handle your request directly.

Much of the information in the platform was uploaded by a client company that decides how it is used. For that information we act as a service provider, and the client is the right place to direct an access, correction, deletion, or portability request. We will identify the client where we can, refer the request, and support them in responding. We accept safety concerns, wrong-party reports, do-not-contact requests, and misrouted requests directly and act on them ourselves.

We will not disclose one client's data to another person or company in order to satisfy a request.

Verification

We verify identity before acting, in proportion to the sensitivity of what is requested. That normally means confirming control of the email address or telephone number in the request; for a substantive access or deletion request we may ask for additional corroborating detail. An authorized agent must provide written authorization from the person, and we may still contact the person to confirm.

Timing

  • We acknowledge receipt promptly after your request arrives.
  • We aim to substantively respond within 45 days.
  • Where the law allows and the request is complex, we may extend once and will tell you why.

Decisions, denials, and appeals

We will tell you what we did and why. If we deny a request — for example because we could not verify identity, because a retention obligation or legal hold applies, or because the data belongs to a client relationship we do not control — we will explain the basis and how to appeal. To appeal, reply to our decision with the word “Appeal”; an appeal is reviewed by someone other than the person who made the original decision, and we will respond in writing.

Non-discrimination

We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.

Recordkeeping

We log each request, the verification performed, the routing decision, the outcome, and any appeal, so that our handling can be reviewed. Those logs are retained for the period applicable law requires.
