Accessibility Statement

Our commitment, our testing, and our known gaps.

Our commitment

StrivePoint Solutions works to make its website and client portal usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. Accessibility work is ongoing, not a one-time project.

Conformance goal

Our remediation goal is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are working toward that target and we do not claim full conformance; portions of the site and portal have not yet been fully tested against every success criterion.

How we test

  • Automated scanning of public pages and key portal screens during development.
  • Manual keyboard testing — tab order, focus visibility, skip link, modal focus trapping and return, and operating every control without a mouse.
  • Screen-reader smoke testing of primary flows.
  • Zoom and reflow checks at 200% and at narrow viewport widths.
  • Contrast checks on text, controls, and status indicators.

We do not rely on automated scanning alone, and we do not use an accessibility overlay widget.

Supported environments

We test against current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox on desktop, and Safari and Chrome on mobile, with VoiceOver and NVDA. Older browsers may work but are not tested.

Known limitations

  • Some data-dense portal tables and charts are still being improved for screen-reader use; where a chart is used, the same figures appear as text nearby.
  • Some interactive marketing animations are decorative; they respect reduced-motion settings, but the underlying visual effect is not conveyed to assistive technology.
  • Third-party embeds and provider-hosted flows are outside our direct control and may not meet the same target.
  • Audio examples on the site provide standard play, pause, and volume controls; written summaries are not yet available for every clip.

Alternative formats and assistance

If a barrier prevents you from completing something, we will provide the information or complete the task with you through another channel — email, telephone, or a document in an alternative format. Tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way.

Report a barrier

  • We acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days.
  • We aim to provide a substantive response, workaround, or remediation date within 20 business days.
  • If you are not satisfied with our response, reply and ask for escalation; the report is then reviewed by StrivePoint management.

Ongoing remediation

Accessibility issues found in testing or reported to us are tracked and prioritized alongside other product work, with barriers that block a task taking priority. We review this statement at least annually and after significant product changes.
